If you intend to install a wireless “Smart Meter” or any activity-monitoring device at [*address of occupant], you and all other parties are hereby denied consent for installation and use of all such devices on the above property and installation and use of any activity-monitoring device is hereby refused and prohibited.

Informed consent is legally required for installation of any surveillance device and any device that will collect and transmit private and personal data to undisclosed and unauthorized parties for undisclosed and unauthorized purposes.

Authorization for sharing of personal and private information may only be given by the originator and subject of that information.

That authorization is hereby denied and refused with regard to [*address of occupant] and all its occupants.

“Smart Meters” violate the law and cause endangerment to residents by the following factors:

1. They individually identify electrical devices inside the home and record when they are operated, causing invasion of privacy.

2. They monitor household activity and occupancy in violation of rights and domestic security.

3. They transmit wireless signals, which may be intercepted by unauthorized and unknown parties. Those signals can be used to monitor behavior and occupancy, and they can be used by criminals to aid criminal activity against the occupants.

4. Data about occupants’ daily habits and activities are collected, recorded and stored in permanent databases which are accessed by parties not authorized or invited to know and share that private data.

5. Those with access to the smart meter databases can review a permanent history of household activities complete with calendar and time-of-day metrics to gain a highly invasive and detailed view of the lives of the occupants.

6. Those databases may be shared with, or fall into the hands of criminals, blackmailers, law enforcement, private hackers of wireless transmissions, power company employees, and other unidentified parties who may act against the interests of the occupants under metered surveillance.

7. “Smart Meters” are, by definition, surveillance devices, which violate Federal and Provincial wiretapping laws by recording and storing databases of private and personal activities and behaviors without the consent or knowledge of those people who are monitored.

8. It is possible, for example, with analysis of certain “Smart Meter” data, for unauthorized and distant parties to determine medical conditions, sexual activities, physical locations of persons within the home, vacancy patterns and personal information and habits of the occupants.

9. Your company has not adequately disclosed the particular recording and transmission capabilities of the smart meter, or the extent of the data that will be recorded, stored and shared, or the purposes to which the data will and will not be put.  I forbid, refuse and deny consent of any installation and use of any monitoring, eavesdropping, and surveillance devices on my property, my place of residence and my place of occupancy. That applies to and includes “Smart Meters” and activity monitoring devices of any and all kinds.

Any attempt to install any such device directed at me, other inhabitants, guests, my property or residence will constitute trespass, stalking, and unlawful surveillance, all prohibited and punishable by law through criminal and civil complaints.

All persons, government agencies and private organizations responsible for installing or operating monitoring devices directed at or recording my activities, which I have not specifically authorized in writing, will be fully liable for any violations, intrusions, harm or negative consequences caused or made possible by those devices whether or not those negative consequences are justified by “law.”

Holdren wants to set up a “Science Court,” where potential developments could be blocked by government decree if they don’t conform to the planned society necessary under Holdren’s “planetary regime”. He also seeks to institute “de-development” worldwide to prevent the third world from ever lifting itself out of poverty and roll things back to “pre-industrial civilization” where average life spans would not be much more than 30 years.

Holdren’s co-author, Paul Ehrlich, is a discredited crank who wrote books in the 70’s claiming that England would not exist as a land mass by the year 2000 because of climate change. As Tarpley explains, Ehrlich’s warning of a “population bomb” has proven incorrect, with population in Europe, Japan and the United States falling when immigration is removed from the equation.

Holdren’s limit for global population is set at 1 billion people, meaning that under his program nearly 6 billion people would have to be wiped off the planet in one way or another.

Tarpley emphasizes how Holdren advocates “triaging” entire countries like India and Bangladesh, consigning them to doom by suddenly withdrawing all aid, an act of indirect genocide that would outstrip Adolf Hitler’s body count in terms of numbers alone. This is a man who acts as a government science czar with executive powers under a supposedly “liberal” administration.

JUST WHO DOES MICHAEL VORIS THINK HE IS, ANYWAY?

Michael Voris is an increasingly influential Notre Dame University alumnus who critiques the longstanding eugenicist politics of the Rockefeller family, the Rockefeller Foundation, UNICEF, Planned Parenthood and the World Council of Churches (WCC).

Although he doesn’t mention the influential Texan broadcaster Alex Jones (Infowars.com, Prisonplanet.com) who also rants against these dubious globalist entitities, it is remarkable to note the confluence of concerns of both American men, the former an unabashed Roman Catholic lay apologist and the other a Protestant dissenter.

Both realize, as all Christians should, that these evil eugenicist groups are using a supposed concern for maternal health and conservation of natural resources to hide their real agenda, which is ‘population control’ (eugencis) to reduce the so-called ‘carbon footprint’ of nasty human consumers.

The eugenicists see too many humans as the main problem in the world today, and their stated agenda, as expressed in the notorious book Eco-Science (authored by Obama’s science czar John P. Holdren and the Erlichs) is to reduce human population on this planet to about  1,000,000,000, a ghastly scenario if ever there was one.

In a YouTube video found in the comments section, Mr. Voris explains that this eugenics agenda has been adopted by UNICEF, and is part of a suspect New World Order plan endorsed by the United Nations which is already seriously curtailing all individual’s privacy and all nations’ sovereignty.

It is important that all thinking Catholics and Christians of whatever denomination understand that these Death Culture entities are out to get us. These people are not our friends, and should not be supported in any way.

This is not a message that you will hear from the pulpits of the many well-intentioned but silly priests and bishops who are now parroting a lot of this ‘climate change’ nonsense (including, regrettably, the Pope himself), falling into the traps set for them by the likes of David Rockefeller and his suspect cohort of Death Culture fanatics disguised as do-gooders and philanthropic conservationists.

Ask yourself, when was the last time you heard a Catholic priest or Protestant pastor tell you not to give money to university students on the sidewalks of Oak Bay soliciting help for UNICEF?

That happened to me the other day, and when it did, I blasted the youngsters with a question about whether they realized that they are actually working for the corporations.

They tried to tell me that UNICEF was changed, that it had now distanced itself from the United Nations.

Really?

That’s news to me, and it is what some people in this country used to call the pre-meditated and deliberate ‘dissemination of false news.’

I recall that the infamous Holocaust denier (or so-called ‘historical revisionist’) Ernst Zundel was found guilty in Canadian courts on a number of occasions for disseminating false news about the Holocaust.

UNICEF solicitors may not realize that they are disseminating false news, but they certainly have every right to do that as far as I am concerned, notwithstanding the court’s findings in the Zundel cases and notwithstanding the fact that objectively speaking that is exactly what they are doing.

I am not saying that it is good for Mr. Zundel to spread lies about the Jews, nor that it is good for UNICEF’s fellow travellers to spread lies about our supposed evil human impact on Gaia, but I am saying that their Charter rights are violated if they are impeded from doing so, and so if the law still prohibits them from doing that, the law in this instance is still an ass, and should be revised to ensure that the God-given rights of even these people are protected.

The eugenicists and the Holocaust deniers have every right to make fools of themselves if that is their choice.

It should not be a crime in Canada to be mistaken in philosphy and facts about anything at all, nor should it even be a crime to foment and disseminate hate propaganda against any group, as lamentable as that activity surely is.

The Canadian laws against dissemination of false news may have been revisited since the Zundel cases were heard, but just because it may now be legal to disseminate false news in Canada doesn’t make it right.

In fact, I would say that the so-called ‘information’ (actually ‘disintel’) that the Rockefeller Foundation, Planned Parenthood, WCC and UNICEF produce on human population reduction is really hate propaganda against the human race itself.

That is the real news from the point of view of this faithful skeptical Catholic.

I re-started my radiation monitor on the 14th July and was astonished to see exceptionally high readings.

Have been posting continual data ever since.

I wasn’t so sure the source came from Japan though.

Have been looking at environment Canada’s satellite info and for the high reading periods the weather movement has been straight up from central Washington state to the North Okanagan/shuswap (where I am).

On the night readings returned to normal, the pattern had changed and we were getting weather from the west rather than the south.

Hard for me to draw any certain conclusions from this though.

They were determined to do some very old traditional mating rituals, fueled by local beer and wine, and revolutions and rumours of war were the last things on their minds… for that one night of bliss, eh, mi amigo?

Multiple videos have been released showing high levels of radiation in Canada as the corporate media continues to cover up the real dangers posed by the  Fukushima nuclear disaster.

The tests were taken in multiple places in Canada including Lake Louise BC, Kelowna BC, Red Deer/Edmonton, and Hope BC.

The radiation tests that were taken near Lake Louise BC clearly showed harmful radiation levels up to 1.66 mcSv/hr .

So far Canadian and American authorities have remained silent.

We must DEMAND action from local health authorities.

If these levels of radiation are being picked up in Canada it seems only a matter of time before they reach the west coast of the United States.

This should be a RED ALERT to all Americans and Canadians!

NTS Notes:  As the narrator of the videos states, these high levels of radiation are dangerous to human health.  Right now, both British Columbia and Alberta are being bathed in a deadly dose of radioactive fallout from the Fukushima disaster, and the Government of Canada STILL refuses to inform its own citizens that they are in deadly danger.

Just for the record… Lake Louise is in the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, just over the border from British Columbia, and just 90+ Miles from Calgary, Alberta!    What this means is that with this being the major tourist season for Banff National Park and the Banff/Lake Louise district, the citizens and the tourists there are being bathed with lethal radiation as we speak from rainfall… This is absolutely appalling!

Google suspends ad for book critical of atomic bomb cover-up

A book that delves into the cover-up a film documenting the horrors suffered by victims of the atomic bomb attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki has been deemed too violent for Google’s advertising program.

Greg Mitchell’s new book, Atomic Cover-Up: Two U.S. Soldiers, Hiroshima & Nagasaki and The Greatest Movie Never Made, is the first to be devoted to the historic full-color footage that was covered up by the U.S. government for decades.

Google’s “ad word team” notified Mitchell Monday that an online ad for the book’s video trailer was being suspended because it “promotes violence.”

“At this time, Google policy does not permit the advertisement of websites that contain the promotion of violence,” an email to Mitchell said. “As noted in our advertising terms and conditions, Google may refuse any ads or terminate any of your ad campaigns at any time, for any reason.”

“Promotion of Violence: Unacceptable Content: Google strongly believes in the freedom of expression and therefore offers broad access to content across the web without censoring search results,” Google’s policy states.

Mitchell was left wondering if the entire video might be pulled next.

“Of course, the irony is that the very subject of the book, and trailer, is the U.S. hiding content that revealed the full effects of the new weapon, helping pave the way for a costly nuclear arms race and a proliferation of other nuclear dangers,” he wrote for The Nation‘s Media Fix blog.

“That was the ultimate ‘promotion of violence.'”

THE CANADIAN PRESS — OTTAWA – India is pursuing a potentially lucrative partnership with Canada to sell nuclear reactors in new markets, The Canadian Press has learned.

India’s ambitious aspiration, if realized, would represent a dramatic new phase in a landmark agreement it signed last year with Canada on civilian nuclear co-operation.

The deal — announced last year in Toronto by prime ministers Stephen Harper and Manmohan Singh — will eventually clear the way for Canadian uranium to be exported to India once Parliament ratifies it, possibly this fall.

But India, which has insatiable energy needs of its own, is thinking well beyond its borders.

“We do think there is a good possibility for us to co-operate in third countries, which would be possible once all these things are sorted out,” Indian High Commissioner Shashishekhar Gavai said in a recent interview.

“We have developed our own technology over the years. We could bring your expertise and our expertise together, and go into third countries where they require reactors.”

A key technical aspect of the civil nuclear deal still has to be worked out before it is formally ratified by Canada. An independent monitoring system must be put in place that would prevent India from diverting the uranium to its nuclear weapons program.
