Gregory Hartnell on Oak Bay conservation issues: deer, chem trails, so-called ‘smart meters’: “we need a cull here…Geo-engineering dumps on our organic gardens that’s got to stop, + also we’ve got to stop ‘smart meters.'” Oak Bay News, Nov. 11, 2011.

“I am not an animal liberationist and I believe we need a cull here,” said Gregory Hartnell.

“There’s two other issues that have not been mentioned, I’ll just mention them briefly.

Geo-engineering dumps on our organic gardens that’s got to stop — I’m referring to ‘chem trails’.

And I also want to commend the Oak Bay Council for having stood with

the majority of municipalities at the recent municipal convention

where 55 per cent stood against the arbitrary putting in of these so-called smart meters’.

We’ve got to stop smart meters.”

– Please vote for common sense on conservation issues in Oak Bay.
