Modern Democracy videotaped both of the two recent Oak Bay All Candidates’ meetings.

Here is the first one found at their YouTube page, and linked in our Comments section.

The video is a little over two hours long, and was recorded November 4, 2011 at the Monterey Community Centre in Oak Bay.

All Candidates for the next Oak Bay District Council were in attendance.
