There are many people in the CRD area opposed to smart meters.

All of Colwood Council

Oak Bay Council – especially Tara Ney

North Saanich Council: very supportive

Highlands Council and Mayor Jane Mendum

Metchosin Council and Mayor John Ranns

Councillor Philippe Lucas of Victoria

There probably are others but these have been the strongest supporters.
