American-Canadian ‘Trident Fury’ naval battle training exercises near Esquimalt-Victoria harbours are costly, dangerous, wasteful, unnecessary violations of Canadian sovereignty

LARGE -SCALE TRAINING MISSION INVOLVES ‘AT LEAST 1,000 MILITARY PERSONNEL’

Does Canada really need to surrender its sovereignty to allow American naval vessels, as well as the U.S. Coast Guard, to engage in a large-scale training mission on and below our local salt waters?

Globalist Dictator Herr Stefan von Harper and his jockish Defence Minister Peter McKay think so.

Such exercises, contrary to militaristic propaganda coming from the Globalist War Party and published in the May 11, 2011 number of the freebie Victoria News, are completely unnecessary, wasteful and a clear violation of Canada’s fragile sovereignty.

A responsible non-interventionist Canadian government, empowered by the people of this country to only defend our sovereignty with our own defence forces, would never allow foreign naval vessels and foreign military personnel from any country whatsoever, to engage in such ‘exercises’ which actually terrorize and aggravate many people here rather than give us a sense of any kind of security.

Simply put, many Canadians in this growing provincial capital city do not recognize the Gringos as a friendly power that respects the sovereignty of nation states any more.

Rather we recognize them as a lawless ‘humanitarian interventionist imperialist’ bullying superpower that has no legitimate business to conduct here, unless they want to tour the place as unarmed civilian visitors with their famiies, in which case they are quite welcome, of course .

HMC Ships Regina, Calgary, Whitehorse and Edmonton left the calm waters of Esquimalt Harbour on May 4 for the windswept seas off Vancouver Island for Exercise Trident Fury.

The two week exercise provides more than 1,000 participants of the Canadian Forces and United States Navy an opportunity to exercise full spectrum warfare training. Ships and aircraft are conducting live surface and air weapons firings to challenge their ability to perform real-time operations in a coalition setting.

The primary focus of Trident Fury is to conduct the Operations Room Officer Course sea assessment. Thirteen students have finished an intense year of classroom and simulator training to prepare them to fight a warship in today’s complex, highly technical, multi-threat environment. Students on the Navy’s Information Management Directors’ Course will also conduct their sea assessment phase during the exercise.
