Canadian ‘Conservative’ Government ‘is in contempt of Parliament, unprecedented in Canadian parliamentary history,’ March 25, 2011: Vote # 204: Yays: 156, Nays: 145 @ OpenParliament.ca

The fascistic warmongering Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, his Defence Minister MacKay, Garry Breitkreuz and other Tories didn’t bother to vote on the crucial Vote # 202 on March 10, but all showed up fifteen days later, to finally try to defend their beleaguered so-called ‘Conservative’ government.

On March 25, 2011, for the final vote # 204, on a motion worded “the government is in contempt of Parliament, which is unprecedented in Canadian parliamentary history,” they managed to rally 145 votes to their lost cause, including those of two Independents, Helena Guergis and Andre Arthur.

Bloc Quebecois Members of Parliament Johanne Deschamps and Michel Guimond didn’t vote on March 25.

Neither did ‘Liberals’ Dr. Keith Martin, nor House Speaker Peter Miliken vote on that momentous day.

‘Liberals’ who remember that Dr. Martin was once a member of the Reform and Canadian Alliance parties may wish to ask him why he didn’t vote to bring down the warmongering corrupt government of his former associates.

The Opposition motion # 204 passed with the NDP and the Bloc joining the ‘Liberals’ to produce 156 ‘yays,’ thus bringing down the government.
