CCC FORMAL CITIZENS’ COMPLAINT TO PREMIER

‘Group appeals to Campbell on Byelection’

Michael Easton of Puget Sound Radio was the first writer in the CRD to report today that the CCC had lodged a Formal Citizens’ Complaint against the City of Victoria with Premier Gordon Campbell, the leader of the British Columbia government.

‘The Concerned Citizens Coalition group in Victoria appeals to the Premier to investigate the discrepancies of last Saturday’s civic election,’ writes Mr. Easton at the Puget Sound Radio site.

Mr. Easton picked up the story of how the Fortinites attempted to steal the Nov. 20 Byelection with their 7% solution: Marianne Alto.

To read all of Michael Easton’s coverage on this historical CCC letter of complaint to the premier, asking him to direct the provincial government ministries to intervene and nullify the results of the Victoria Byelection-Referendum in the public interest of safeguarding democracy in provincial communities, and then to pass at least 31 urgently needed  reforms recommended by the Task Force on legislation governing local government elections, please refer to the CCC blogroll in the lower left, or to the Comments section below this post for links.
