BLUE BRIDGE WORTH PRESERVING
Many fine buildings and houses have been declared heritage buildings and can’t be torn down. We do so because we want to preserve our past and maintain our image, for ourselves as well as tourists.
If anything is worth preserving, it’s the Blue Bridge. Bridges in Europe last for hundreds of years. They wouldn’t tear down the Tower Bridge in London because it needs a paint job. When the Lions Gate Bridge needed upgrading, did they replace it? No!
Let’s paint the Blue Bridge, get rid of the rails tracks and extend its use for another 75 years.
